Burlington's Capital Grille Turns Ten
June 29, 2017
This year marks ten years since The Capital Grille opened its doors to the Burlington community. The upscale steakhouse chain is well-known for delivering an elegant experience and exceptional cuisine to its guests. The Burlington location in particular, is also well- known for its community involvement. Since it’s opening in 2007, the restaurant has consistently participated in town events such as Celebrate Burlington, Chamber events, and countless charitable events- most notably Burlington’s Relay for Life. For the past eight years, Capital Grille has played a big role in the Relay, raising money at the event at their sponsored food tent. Managing Partner Adam Mackler says this is “one of our favorite events to be a part of.”
Mackler, who has been with Capital Grille for twenty-two years, is extremely thankful for the support that the Burlington community has given them throughout their ten years here. “I love the strong sense of community, and the mixture of clientele in Burlington. Not only do we get business guests, but there are a lot of families who come in for dinner to celebrate a special occasion. It’s a nice mix of both.” Mackler attributes the success of the restaurant to his Burlington team. There are ten staff members who have been dedicated since the location’s opening. The Burlington location alone has achieved “Diamond Club Status”, a recognition of excellence within the company, five times; most recently in 2016.
