With a quorum present\, the Board unanimously approved the changes\, which allows the Board to elect or appoint the members of an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board shall meet twice annually in person or by conference call or other electronic means to discuss strategic planning and initiatives as well as other matters referred to it by the Board of Directors. In accordance with the BACC Bylaws\, the Chapter members at the Spring Soiree will be asked to approve the changes.
