DESCRIPTION:Join Winchester Community Music School for a family-friendly\, interactive afternoon program of blues music presented by "The Backroads Blues Band." This group is comprised of several WCMS faculty members and special guests\, including celebrated children's musician and singer-songwriter Wayne Potash and esteemed blues guitarist Rick King. Fun for all ages\, this program will explore what gives the blues its unique sound and spirit. \n\n \n\nBand members include Tad Hitchcock\, guitar and vocals\; Rick King\, guitar and vocals\; Valerie Walton\, saxophone and flute\; Wayne Potash\, bass\, guitar\, and vocals\; and Carl Puglisi\, drums. Free admission\; please consider bringing a non-perishable food item to donate to the En Ka Food Pantry.
