Mindful eating can help train our brain to make healthy food choices\, limit mindless eating\, manage/lose weight and be at peace with our body. \n\n\n\nIn this workshop\, Juila will provide practical\, easy mindful eating tools\, based on proven science\, to help people practice mindful eating in their daily lives. \n\nWe'll begin by centering ourselves with a brief mind\, body\, and breath meditation\, before Julia leads an "at a glance" discussion on: \n\n\n\n1) What is mindfulness?
