NBM Inc. is looking for a high-energy, well-organized individual to join our customer service/dispatch team. Responsibilities include managing service technicians, answering/balancing incoming calls and emails from customers, and scheduling/dispatching technicians on service calls.
Candidates should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task. Candidates must work well in a fast-paced, team environment and have the ability to respond quickly and competently to customers' needs. Candidates should be comfortable working on a computer with business software. Experience in dispatch is a plus.
