Sign up for your choice of a 30-minute demo class hosted by YogaSix at 11:15, or a 30-minute demo class hosted by Kris Fabbri of Sh;ft Studios of Woburn at 12:15 during our Fresh and Fit Fest event.

Participants are required to bring their own mats.
Class size is limited to 25 per class and will be held in the Arhaus wing adjacent to the event area.
