The District Burlington, formerly known as New England Executive Park, is currently undergoing a transformational redevelopment from a traditional suburban office park to a vibrant, mixed-use, walkable environment that creates a sense of place, catering to the demands of the modern workforce and to the local and regional communities. When National Development purchased the property in 2013, it was a sleepy traditional suburban office campus, governed by cars, small sidewalks, dark brick, and a 9-to-5 mentality. Having rebranded the campus The District Burlington, their goal is to revolutionize, modernize and energize today’s workplace and destinations, by adding a complementary uses of retail, more restaurants, a hotel, and brand new office spaces, as well as adding sidewalks, streetscape, and amenities.
