Eversource Provides Update on Burlington to Woburn Supply Initiative

Over the last several months, staff from Eversource have been meeting local stakeholders in Burlington, Woburn, and Wilmington to review the proposed Burlington to Woburn Supply Initiative Project.

The proposed project includes building a new electric substation in Burlington, off Winn Street, installing additional overhead electric transmission lines from the new substation (Burlington, Woburn, Wilmington), and associated underground electric distribution lines in local streets (Burlington, Woburn) to keep up with growing demand.
