3rd Ave Sunday Sweat Series, Hosted by Xtend Barre - Safe and Socially Distanced Fitness Classes.
Join the fabulous instructors from Xtend Barre for 3, 30 minute workouts, to get you moving, sweating and recovering, all from the comfort of your own personal, outdoor space. All classes will take place on The Muse at 3rd Ave Burlington.
Masks are required for all participants, until they safely reach their designated work out space.
Xtend Barre & a Live DJ will push you through 3, back to back workouts, with 5 minutes breaks in between.
Xtend Barre Description : Our signature Xtend Barre workout infuses elements of dance, ballet, and Pilates to strengthen, lengthen, and chisel the body.
Cardio Dance : You will be lead through super fun dance routines with lots of great cardio. Get ready to sweat, burn some calories and have a blast while doing it!
Yoga Description : Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting breath with movement, and is characterized by rapid, yet careful and fluid transitions from posture to posture to create a "flow." Class will also include some basic strengthening exercises and stretches. You will leave practice feeling centered and rejuvenated
This series kicks off on May 9th and ends June 6th. Sign up for one class or all 5!
Rain Dates: Event is weather dependent and will be canceled the morning off if necessary. Rain Dates will be added on to the end of the series, as needed.
