BACC Lunch and Learn at Wegmans
Join us at Wegmans for a Lunch & Learn Workshop with Igor Kaplansky from Body Mind Systems, who will discuss the use of martial arts as a system for self-mastery. Topics covered will be: learning discipline, building confidence, managing fear, and pushing past your limits.
Registration is required, NO walk-ins allowed. Due to the popularity of these events & space limitations, registration is limited to no more than 2 people per company. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
