In this one hour workshop, you’ll first hear from Steve Kesselring and Erich Herbert experienced professionals currently working or consulting in that field. They will share their knowledge with you and give you the benefit of their experiences.
Although online service business owners will learn from this workshop, it will be of greater value to those who are currently, or desiring to, take and fulfill orders for products on line.
Steve Kesselring is the owner of Your Oil Tools, a company that sells and distributes all accessories and information required for using essential oils. Working from his retail and distribution facility in Hooksett, Steve ships thousands of items every year to hundreds of customers in the U.S, Australia, and England. He’ll share with you how he takes and fulfills orders, manages that huge inventory and ships those products, as well as what marketing channels he’s found most effective.
Erich Herbert is a Business Development Consultant with Cox Media and a SCORE Subject Matter Expert, in which role he volunteers several hours a month to help small business owners manage and grow their businesses. In his position with Cox Media, Erich has consulted with large and small companies, both local, national, and international. In this workshop, he’ll share with you what he has found to be effective actions to improve online business, regardless of your size.
