Tai Chi for Joint Health

Come learn Tai Chi and QiGong at Human Harmonies, at Body Mind Systems Stoneham. This event is an introductory lesson to Tai Chi with a focus on movements and exercises that promote joint health. Tai Chi and QiGong are martial arts forms known for promoting energy, good health, flexibility and mindfulness. Also useful for stress release and relaxation.
