Women in Business Luncheon
Bridging the Generational Gap
Guest speaker: Marge McDonald, Director, Council on Aging
Most of us have aging parents and, of course, we are aging ourselves. Those of us past a certain age are already noticing the changes that occur as we get older. We will discuss those changes, how you know those changes are normal and what to do with parents and customers or clients whose behavior may alter as a result of these changes.
Marge McDonald is a graduate from Lesley College with a BA in Human Services, Health & Sociology. She also holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Clark University. Marge has served as the Burlington COA Director since 2001 along with several other senior, housing and advisory committees. She works at the both the local and state levels advocating for seniors and their needs working towards a world where all seniors are able to live the life they want and deserve to live.
