Kelly Pappas is a licensed insurance advisor and agent at the Foster Sullivan Insurance Group. She prides herself on working closely with her clientele, partnering with them to help reduce their overall long-term total cost of risk. Kelly joined Foster Sullivan in 2013, after a 13 year career at Liberty Mutual Insurance where she held several different management positions within the commercial claims organization. She has managed complex litigation, reviewed construction and service contracts against policy language and provided training - here and abroad - on successor liability, risk transfer, customer service and negotiations. Prior to working for Liberty Mutual, Kelly was an active member of the bar in the Boston, MA area. Kelly obtained her J.D. from Suffolk Law School in Boston, MA and her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She currently lives in Burlington, MA with her husband and two children.

I previously served as Board of Director for the Burlington Breakfast Rotary Club, Woburn Business Association, and chaired the Women of Woburn group. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at various non-profit initiatives.

A 37 year hotel industry professional, Mark has held senior leadership positions with the Wyndham Hotel Group, Horizon Hotels Limited, Mid-Atlantic Hospitality Group, Inn America Corporation and ITT Sheraton Corporation. Mark grew up in Dedham and is a graduate of Boston College. He and his wife Michelle recently moved to Burlington.
