What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop an outstanding bar team.
- Oversee daily bar operations, service standards, and guest experiences.
- Maintain exciting cocktail offerings and uphold quality standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, liquor costs, and waste control.
- Train and coach bartenders to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with alcohol service regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending and bar management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for cocktails, hospitality, and team development.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
