Fogo de Chão® (fo-go dèe shown) is an internationally renowned Brazilian steakhouse where every visit is an experience of discovery. Rooted in the centuries-old tradition of churrasco, the art of roasting premium cuts of meat over an open flame, Fogo de Chão transforms this heritage into a modern cultural dining journey.

In addition to the signature tableside service from gaucho chefs, guests can enjoy the abundant Market Table and Feijoada Bar, which feature fresh seasonal salads, soups, vegetables, and imported charcuterie. The menu also includes indulgent offerings such as dry-aged and premium Wagyu steaks, seafood prepared à la carte, Brazilian-inspired cocktails during all-day happy hour, and an award-winning South American wine list. For a more relaxed experience, Bar Fogo offers smaller, shareable plates in a lively setting.

Whether visiting for lunch, dinner, or weekend brunch, guests are invited to explore the authentic flavors of Southern Brazil. Options for group dining, full-service catering, and contactless takeout and delivery are also available, ensuring the experience can be enjoyed for any occasion.

The Founders Trilogy Collection includes three wines (Eulila, Jorjão, and O Leão), each honoring one of our founding Fogo family members, Jorge Ongaratto, Selma “Eulila” Oliveira, and Larry Johnson. Seafood Tower
Seafood Tower: Split cold-water lobster tails, full lobster claws, jumbo shrimp, snow crab legs, green-lipped mussels.
Butter-Bathed Lobster Tail: Available as an enhancement to the Full Churrasco Experience, succulent lobster tail bathed in melted butter, delivering unmatched tenderness and a decadent, sweet finish.
Whole Branzino: Available as an enhancement to the Full Churrasco Experience. Whole, fresh fish, blistered and carved tableside. Available Wednesday – Sunday.
Chilled Lobster and Shrimp Appetizer: Two cold water lobster claws, one split lobster tail and four jumbo shrimp. Served with drawn butter, Brazilian Malagueta cocktail sauce and fresh lemon.
All Jumbo Lump Crab Cake: Available as an enhancement to the Full Churrasco Experience, a 4 oz jumbo lump crab cake, perfectly seasoned and complemented by a zesty lemon herb butter.
