About Us

Schiffon Wong Strategic Advisory is a senior advisory practice for biopharma and biotech leaders, built on two pillars under one principle: the decisions that determine outcomes are made long before the obvious moment.

On the evidence side, I help biopharma teams build evidence strategies that earn access in a converging market, shape health technology assessment (HTA) decisions, and make patient-centricity operational rather than aspirational, with deepest experience in neurology, immunology, and rare disease. Through The Discernment Practice, I provide confidential coaching for leaders navigating their most consequential career and team transitions.

For two decades I have worked across global value strategy, health economics, outcomes research, and patient-focused drug development, spanning clinical research, management consulting at Deloitte, and executive leadership at Bristol-Myers Squibb and EMD Serono, most recently as Vice President and Head of Neurology and Immunology, Global Value Demonstration. My work is grounded in more than one hundred publications and a Scrip Award for Best Use of Real-World Evidence.
