About Us

SCORE offers free and confidential counseling and mentoring to those who wish to start or build existing businesses in the North East part of Massachusetts.

Our counselors also mentor the leaders of non-profit organizations on business-related issues.

You can ask a single question or team with our counselors for long-term solutions.

Choose counseling that fits your business needs:

Face-to-face counseling: Book an appointment to meet with a counselor. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Each session lasts an hour. We interested in your progress, so follow-up sessions are encouraged.
Email counseling: If you do not have time for face-to-face meetings, our counselors will be glad to answer your email questions. This is a great way to stay in connected with your mentors.
Phone counseling: If you have a quick question, give us a call. One of our counselors will try to answer your question.
At your office: From time to time our counselors will visit the client at their location.
We are resource partners with the US Federal Small Business Administration (SBA). We cooperate especially with the SBA's Massachusetts District Office. We work with the SBA to help small businesses find the financing they need and to provide ongoing support to local small businesses.
