With over 20 years of combined experience as a consultant, entrepreneur and working in corporate settings, I’ve acquired the skills necessary to keep your business moving forward, freeing you up to do what you do best... increasing your revenue and business performance.

In 2012, my husband and I started our first coaching business within the health & fitness industry, and Freeman Fitness, LLC is now a multi-million-dollar business. I draw upon the knowledge I’ve gained as a successful entrepreneur, as well as almost 20 years spent working in the corporate world, to assist the small business owners I serve in becoming more time efficient and profitable.
