In Italy, a true artisan combines simplicity in the freshest ingredients with time honored preparation to create a truly incredible culinary experience.

Regional Italian cuisine is incredibly diverse in it’s make up. Utilizing ingredients indigenous to each specific geographic area, every region passionately boasts its own style of cooking and the wonderful dishes they create. Whether it be wood roasted caponata from Sicily, beautiful rustic breads from Tuscany, super thin crust pizza from Napoli, or fresh tagliatelle from Bologna, the culinary adventure of exploring Italy’s different regions is truly endless.

At Tuscan Kitchen and Tuscan Market, our chefs prepare everything in house. All of our pastas are made fresh, our bread crafted daily in our artisan bakery and our desserts are carefully created by master pastry chefs.

Here, the guest dines “in our kitchen” as the food you enjoy is literally prepared right in front of you. Our wood ovens burn from morning until night roasting vegetables, baking bread and firing delightful thin crust pizzas. Prime steaks are seared on our wood grill and our rotisserie slowly roasts marinated whole chickens and lamb while a pasta maker cuts fresh fettuccini for all to see.
