Burlington Town Administrator Paul Sagarino to Depart in May

The Burlington Select Board has announced that Town Administrator, Paul Sagarino, will be stepping down from his position in May. 

Statement from the Burlington Select Board on the Departure of the Town Administrator:
The Burlington Select Board announces that our Town Administrator, Paul Sagarino, will be departing in May to accept a position in another municipality. We sincerely thank Paul for his unwavering dedication and leadership throughout his almost 20 years of service to the Town. Over the past six years as Town Administrator, his guidance has helped the town achieve significant milestones, none more important or impressive than navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and ensuring the continuity of essential services during unprecedented times. We are deeply grateful for his contributions and wish him the very best in this next chapter.

During the next few weeks, the Select Board will be working with staff to determine the best way to proceed to ensure a seamless transition for the Town and a plan for selecting a permanent replacement.
