Massachusetts Business Front Door Newsletter - March 2026

A Welcome from Secretary Eric Paley

Welcome to the first edition of our new Business Front Door Newsletter from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Economic Development (EOED)!

The Business Front Door, launched in July 2025, is a single, coordinated entry point into state government that helps businesses access guidance and resources across Massachusetts.

In each edition of this newsletter, we’ll share updates on programs, funding opportunities, and initiatives available through the Business Front Door, designed to help businesses start, grow, and succeed across Massachusetts.

Massachusetts’ national and global leadership is driven by the innovation and entrepreneurship of businesses across the state. At EOED and across our Team Massachusetts agencies, we are committed to supporting companies at every stage — from startups and small businesses to global industry leaders.

We look forward to continuing to partner with businesses and organizations across Massachusetts to strengthen our economy and create new opportunities for growth.

Secretary of Economic Development

Team MA in Action

A look into how one company has partnered with Team MA:

Secretary of Economic Development Eric Paley joined the Formlabs team to celebrate the opening of their new manufacturing facility in Billerica and the launch of Form Now, the company’s new 3D printing service.

Founded by MIT graduates, Formlabs has grown from a Massachusetts startup into a global leader in professional 3D printing. This latest expansion represents another major milestone for the company — and for the Commonwealth’s advanced manufacturing ecosystem.

Massachusetts is proud to support Formlabs’ continued growth through an Economic Development Incentive Program (EDIP) award, helping create new jobs and strengthen the future of advanced manufacturing in the Commonwealth.

Watch the video below to see how Formlabs is building what’s next and follow EOED on Linkedin to see more TeamMA success stories.
