Not a Bus Rider? MassDOT Wants to Hear From You!
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), in conjunction with the MBTA, would like to better understand the needs of infrequent and potential riders of the MBTA’s bus system, so they can improve bus service.
