“Better, Stronger, Faster 5k” Workshop: Strength training to support a 4 week 5k training program.

Spring is here, and that means it's time to get outside and run a 5k! This workshop is the perfect place to start!
Whether you're a novice runner or a 5k fiend, you'll find valuable takeaways.  

Lucky13Fitness co-owner, Jen Densmore, will teach you everything you need to know about strength training for running.  Jen will explain why strength training is critical for ALL runners of all levels.  She will outline a basic program that you can put into place to compliment a 4-week 5k training program.
