Breakfast Cook - (Full-Time & Part-Time) $21 -$23 per hour

What You'll Do
As our Breakfast Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing fresh, made-to-order breakfast favorites while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare breakfast menu items according to standardized recipes and guest orders to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Cook eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, and other hot breakfast favorites with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain quality control by selecting fresh ingredients and ensuring proper portion sizes.
- Complete daily prep work and production sheets to ensure the kitchen is ready for service.
- Properly store food products while following all food safety and Health Department regulations.
- Keep all refrigeration, storage, prep areas, and workstations clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is clean, safe, and operating properly.
- Follow our "Clean As You Go" philosophy and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist with inventory, food requisitions, and stocking your workstation.
- Read and follow recipes accurately while using basic math skills for measurements and portioning.
- Be flexible and willing to assist at other kitchen stations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred.
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in preparing quality food.
- Dependable, punctual, and a great team player.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift food products and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
