Eddie V’s menu is a salute to life on America’s Gulf Coast. Fresh, finest quality and best cuts are keywords here with starters such as gulf oysters on the half shell and an all lump crab cake, giving way to entrées such as Seared Hawaiian Mahi-Mahi, sautéed Lemon Sole with Lump Crab, Swordfish Steak “Au Poivre,” and Broiled Georges Bank Scallops.
