The opening is currently slated for July 1.

“The Greco Truly Greek concept is going to be a great addition to the flourishing food scene in Burlington and at The Burlington Mall,” says Demetri Tsolakis, CEO of Xenia Greek Hospitality. “We are excited to open our first suburban location at such a vibrant location that caters to everyone from families to businesses. The Greco space is located in the Sears redevelopment corridor and the space is designed to welcome everyone for a truly Greek experience.”

“We are looking forward to welcoming Greco Truly Greek to our fabulous lineup of dining options here at Burlington Mall. We are proud to be the go-to location for so many thriving restaurants like Greco as they look to successfully expand outside of Boston. It is the perfect time for people to come out and experience Greco Truly Greek and all that Burlington Mall has to offer as the busy outdoor dining season gets underway,” says Justin Feldhouse, General Manager of Burlington Mall.

Greco Truly Greek eatery embodies the neighborhood that the owners Demetri Tsolakis and Stefanos Ougrinis grew up in, the stories they heard and the people they love. Greco shares all of their tastes of home. Greco is their “meraki,” the need to remember and create. And there is one way and one way only to do that - their TRULY GREEK way.

There’s the American version of Greek food—then there’s true blue Greco. Xenia Greek Hospitality and Greco’s acclaimed Culinary Director Brendan Pelley has found a delicious way to blend quality and convenience and take Greek street food to a whole new level. Traditional pitas are filled with the highest quality proteins and can be customized with authentic fillings and sauces. Classic Greek sides can complete a feast and Souvlaki Skewers make a nourishing snack on the go. Plates and Salads can also be customized for an endless array of Truly Greek combinations. And legendary loukoumades are the perfect way to complete a meal or give you a sweet pick me up along with Greco’s iconic Greek coffee Frappe. The bountiful menu has allergen friendly options and accommodates dietary preferences with vegan and vegetarian options as well.

The newest Greco fast casual eatery in Burlington is in a welcoming, bright and airy space with a curated selection of specialty imported Greek products for grab and go including Greco’s private label extra virgin olive oil that is cold pressed from select farms in Sparta, in addition to classic Greek sweets, snacks and Nescafe. Greco will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

To celebrate the opening of Greco’s new Burlington location, guests can enjoy $1 gyros (chicken or pork) on opening day from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Greco also has an app that is available for iOS and Android and is offering $3 off first time orders with the code TRULY GREEK.

Greco currently has four locations in Boston’s Back Bay, Seaport District, Downtown at Milk Street and Hub Hall in the West End. Greco has won awards from the Boston Globe magazine Best of the New, Boston magazine Best of Boston for Best Greek Fast Casual and Boston magazine Best of Boston for Best Wraps. This past winter, Greco also debuted their first Washington DC location in Georgetown with a second location coming soon in Union Market District.
