Registered Apprenticeships are flexible and customizable to your specific workforce needs. NAMC will help you develop a training plan that outlines the types and lengths of training delivered on-the-job, complemented by specialized Related Instruction of your choice. Apprenticeships can also be used to develop higher level skills in dedicated incumbent manufacturing workers, or for an office worker, a maintenance mechanic, an employer, supervisor or manager, or any other position.
