Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund Now Accepting Proposals for Senator Donnelly's Workforce Success Grants

The Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund (WCTF) is now accepting proposals for Senator Kenneth J. Donnelly Workforce Success Grants. These grants support job training, placement, and advancement for unemployed and underemployed adults and incumbent workers.
The WCTF is a funding opportunity being made available to support the ongoing economic recovery and growth objectives of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. These strategic investments are part of the ongoing effort by the Massachusetts Workforce Skills Cabinet (WSC) to align public and private resources across the system and scale effective career pathway programs that better position residents who want to be hired into jobs that businesses need filled.

This grant is administered by Commonwealth Corporation on behalf of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development and the WSC. As part of this strategic approach, this Request for Proposals (RFP) is designed to fund training and placement programs. The following are required Program Design models:
- Option A - Training and placement for unemployed and/or underemployed individuals
- Option B - Training and advancement for incumbent workers (limited to occupations under Healthcare and Education)
- Option C - Hybrid / combination model
