Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks throughout our beautiful hotel, ensuring everything is running smoothly and looking its best.
  • Proactively identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become problems, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to prioritize and respond to maintenance requests promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks, materials used, and any additional recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

 



Qualifications
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance or engineering fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but if you have a natural knack for fixing things and a willingness to learn, we'll give you a shot!
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet. No challenge is too big or small for you!
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and guests.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service. Our guests are our top priority, and your friendly attitude will make their stay even more memorable.
  • Physical stamina and flexibility to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
  • Tech-savviness is a must! Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are highly desirable.
