National Development Announces Multiple Major Lease Renewals at The District

National Development, a leading vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and asset management firm, announced today that three prominent companies – COMSOL, Black Duck Software, and Regus – have renewed long-term leases at The District. These lease extensions, totaling more than 130,000 square feet, further solidify The District as one of Greater Boston’s most vibrant destinations for innovation-driven companies.

COMSOL, a global software leader, expanded its footprint at 100 District Avenue by an additional 11,500 square feet, bringing its total to 45,500 square feet under a new 10-year lease. Black Duck Software, a leader in software application security, signed a 7-year renewal for 45,000 square feet at 800 District Avenue. Regus, a flexible workspace hub, recommitted to its 43,000 square-foot coworking location at 1500 District Avenue for another 7 years.
