Concierge Lounge/MClub Attendant (4:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
As a Concierge Lounge Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the overall guest experience by providing exceptional service and personalized attention in our exclusive Concierge Lounge. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter the lounge.
Assisting guests with check-in procedures, offering refreshments, and ensuring their needs are promptly met.
Offering recommendations and information on local attractions, restaurants, events, and activities to help guests make the most of their stay.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring it remains a comfortable and inviting space for all guests.
Monitoring and restocking food and beverage supplies, ensuring an uninterrupted and delightful guest experience.
Actively engaging with guests, building rapport, and anticipating their needs to proactively provide assistance.
Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
Keeping up-to-date with hotel services, promotions, and events to provide accurate and relevant information to guests.
Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting fellow colleagues and cooperating in a seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
An enthusiastic and proactive approach to customer service, always willing to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively, even during peak hours.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of local attractions, events, and amenities is a plus.
