Hotel Engineering Supervisor (Full-time)

The Engineer Supervisor shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for training the department.
- Provide efficient use of manpower to maintain workload.
- Assign and verify completion of routine maintenance and operation of physical structure of hotel, all mechanical systems and any other systems which affect the operation of the facility.
- Visually inspect quality of work and direct staff and outside contractors in tasks according to performance and productivity standards.
- Conducts walk-throughs and visually assesses the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structures of the Resort, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, vehicles, and any other related equipment.
- Manage adequate inventory of parts, supplies, tools and material for the department Enforce Hotel Company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to effectively problem solve guest/team member challenges.
- Must be able to respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms, and other life-safety situations.
- Maintain the Resort facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain the Hotel / Resort facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Always uphold a professional appearance.
- High School Diploma, Technical/Trade School, or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 2 years in the hospitality or service industry preferred.
- Experience of all maintenance trades, including HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
