BACC Holds 2026 Taste of Burlington at Boston Marriott Burlington
The Taste of Burlington, the area's most popular annual food event, returned to the Boston Marriott Burlington on Monday, September 28th, for another spectacular evening showcasing a selection of Burlington's finest restaurants. The sold-out event brought together local businesses, residents, and food enthusiasts to experience some of the finest culinary offerings from some of the best restaurants in Burlington.

Presented by the Burlington Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC), the annual event once again showcased the quality and diversity of Burlington's restaurant scene while providing an opportunity for the business community and residents to come together for an unforgettable evening of food, entertainment, and networking.
BACC President Rick Parker highlighted the importance of Burlington's restaurant industry and the vital role it plays in the local economy and attracting new businesses to Burlington: "Burlington has such a great restaurant scene here, and people see it as maybe just a collection of places serving food. But the truth of the matter is, having amenities like the restaurants that we have here really helps to attract companies that come in here, and want to give everything to their employees… The restaurants here play a key part in attracting them and we’re thankful that they come all together here under one roof for one night".
The Taste of Burlington 2026 provided all of these restaurants the opportunity to showcase their delicious cuisine to the local community, and celebrate the collaborative spirit that makes Burlington such a vibrant restaurant and business community.
Adam Mackler, Managing Partner at Capital Grille and Chair of the BACC's Restaurant Group talked about why he loves the Taste of Burlington event: "Getting together with all the different restaurants, we're always in competition but it's nice to get together under one roof and put on a show". He also added, "The Capital Grille really enjoys being part of the Burlington community, we enjoy being a part of the Chamber, it's just one of the best Chambers that I've been a part of, and what they do for us restaurants, and the community, it's really special to be a part of".
David Greekwood, Managing Partner at Eddie V's Prime Seafood, also echoed this sentiment regarding the Chamber's impact: "I've been a member of the Chamber now for six years, and I say this every year, we do an event with the Chamber, and I say how this is without question the best Chamber I've ever been a part of. For no other reason than they've supported us through some difficult times... Big fan of the Burlington Chamber and without question the best Chamber I've ever been a part of".
The success of the Taste of Burlington would not be possible without the hard work and delicious dishes from the restaurants and their teams, who once again put on a spectacular show for attendees. Burlington's restaurant scene continues to distinguish the community as one of Massachusetts' premier dining destinations.

The evening of the event began at 5:00 PM with a lively cocktail hour, giving General Admission guests an opportunity to enjoy drinks, entertainment, and conversation before the Restaurant Showcase opened at 6:00 PM. Guests who upgraded to the exclusive VIP experience enjoyed additional amenities throughout the evening, including a separate VIP lounge, decorated to showcase “the history of Burlington”. They also enjoyed complimentary appetizers and signature cocktails courtesy of Chopps, upgraded gift bags, and early admission to the main Restaurant Showcase. The 125 VIP guests also received automatic entry into an exclusive VIP raffle from Long’s Jewelers.
The rest of the night continued with the Restaurant Showcase, where all guests were treated to an impressive selection of culinary creations. Throughout the Grand Ballroom, restaurants presented an array of their signature dishes, giving attendees the opportunity to discover new favorites and revisit some of Burlington's most beloved dining destinations.

For the grand finale of the evening, the winner of the Ultimate Taste Raffle was announced. Valued at more than $3,500, the grand prize featured gift cards from every participating restaurant in the 2026 Taste of Burlington, giving our one lucky winner the opportunity to continue enjoying Burlington's outstanding dining scene long after the event.
